Yoga at Your Desk

Om time...


  1. Also useful for people with limited capacity. People with Stiff Person Syndrome risk falls and lack balance so standing yoga isn't an option. Perfect.

    1. I was thinking just that when I searched for a video, Diana. It's all very well saying "Do some yoga", but what if you can't?

  3. Yoga is great! I go to a class once a week and it has helped me immensely with pain and stiffness. This desk yoga video is something I need to keep!
