Yoga for the Hands

A very simple yet challenging exercise to increase circulation and flexibility in the hands. Terrific for writers!


  1. Yesterday, I couldn't get the video to play, but this morning it worked. The hand exercise is a great idea because my fingers tend to cramp after hours of repetitive work on the keyboard. Thanks for sharing this, Dani. :-)
