Yoga for Your Aching Back

If you spend too many hours hunched over your writing, this is a good pose to practice daily.

  2. The hours fly by, but I don't notice until the pain sends me a reality check. A distressed body doesn't encourage creative thinking. Thank you, Dani. :-)
