    1. I agree, Dani. If I sit too long, my ankles swell and my upper starts screaming at me; so getting up regularly is a must.

  2. Chair yoga took me from being unable to rise from the chair to full health during a remission. Try Peggy Cappy's Yoga for the Rest of Us. It is awesome.

  4. I say, let's all get a standing desk! But chair yoga seems to be so much more fun. Especially the cat cow pose. :)

  6. Friend said her doctor recommended a large bottle of water by her computer. Drinking it meant getting up out of the chair frequently. :-)
