No--Scott was finally busted and sent to the prncipal. Why am i NOT surprised? SHOCKING!
ReplyDeleteI finally get to the current day's post for once... lost on the blog tour.

Scott keeps reposting the same blog post that was rescheduled for next week. And is ignoring all emails and group messages from The Big Red Pencil. LOL. The repost has now streamed over to my Facebook page three times. Do you think he'll notice this - I just emailed all 15 of the group bloggers to stop by and leave a message. I'm having entirely too much fun!
ReplyDeleteScott, I say, grab your backpack and lunch and run to the playground. Have fun. You've been set free and the principal can't catch you.
ReplyDeleteScott, you bad boy. My original post (1st after you re-posted!) is not showing, so here goes:
ReplyDeleteNice post and a good site also. Count me in for the Kindle.

I'm confused, but it's been that kind of day.

Oops! I guess you have to expect a glitch now and then when you do a 3 month blog tour.

ReplyDeleteHe's finally gone 'round the bend!

It's been a lonnnnnnnnnnng time since I've been sent to the principal's office!
ReplyDeletebonnje@embarqmail.com
I hope you all come back sometime. Regge and I found what, I think, was to be his post today on his blog
ReplyDeletehttp://hauntedcomputer.blogspot.com/2010/11/writing-talk.html
Give it a try. I'm sure that any principal has his hands too full around this "parent/teacher conferences" time of year to bother calling Scott down today...on a Saturday! Come on! That phrase still puts the flop in the stomach, like seeing flashing lights behind you, what have I done now!
Jeff White.... whitejw@ameritech.net
Please count this one as today's entry! ;-)
ReplyDeleteTook me a while to figure this out...but I'm in. It would be fun to win...
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess we all get caught every once in a while!

Do I dare tell everyone this is NOT part of the contest? LOL.
ReplyDeleteYep, this time he didn't escape the pincipal's justice.
ReplyDeletewakincade AT gmail DOT com
What a hoot. I missed the fun all day. Not usually online much on the weekends. Noticed Scott has been absent, too.... Oh, that's right, he's at the principal's office.
ReplyDeleteThis book sounds good, thank you.
ReplyDeleteiloveegypt602 at yahoo dot com
You've been a baaaaaaaad boy! :)

It happens to the best of us.

What happened?

There's been a rescheduling, but everyone who commented here will be added for a separate giveaway--we'll just have to skip this stop as a Kindle giveaway because some comments have been lost and it's not fair to those people. Sorry for the confusion, though "Go to the principal's office" is a pretty good guest post!
ReplyDeleteScott
Straight to the point... I think...

This post sounds like it's from an editor who takes one quick look at a client's manuscript and decides to save a whole lot of blood-red pencils.
ReplyDeleteThis is hysterical! What a way to grab someone's attention!
ReplyDeleteMargay1122(at)aol(dot)com
Maybe we should do something like this more often. It sure has generated a lot of comments and everyone - except the most confused - have seemed to get it.
ReplyDeleteWith his monumental blog schedule, I'm just surprised that he hasn't missed out before now. Enjoy your day off, Scott.
ReplyDeletecaity_mack at yahoo dot com
Cute post title!! hahaha
ReplyDeleteOhhh! You're in trouble mister!
ReplyDeleteemily_erickson@yahoo.com
Honestly, Scott, I don't think anyone ever gets this much attention at BRP. You should be sitting in the principal's office with a smug grin on your face. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, this is certainly a different kind of post . . . I wonder what would happen if I did something similar on my blog? Would I get dozens of comments?
ReplyDeleteHummm, probably not.
Thank you,

ReplyDeleteAnd truly, it was all unintentional and simply a last-ditch effort to get Scott's attention! The original post will reappear next week as part of our e-books special that will continue until the end of the month. I expect Scott will figure out how to get everyone's emails added to the drawings. Thanks for playing along, everyone!

ReplyDeleteThink something went wrong with your post, Scott. Look forward to the "real" one hopefully soon.

ReplyDeleteGee whiz! I went to the principal's office once. He gave me Coke and a candy bar. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com
ReplyDeleteOk, I'll have to check the list again to see where to go to now. I had posted on one of the other sites and it didn't post my comment so I reposted, should go check to see if it ever got posted.
