I did not know most of these things about design and layout, and this was very enlightening, especially since I am considering making some book covers for e-books I plan to put on Kindle.Maryannwriteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09479027709233807149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5704943052235281766.post-31097285451928759462010-08-17T10:16:45.348-06:002010-08-17T10:16:45.348-06:00Exactly, Dani--it's a constant evolution.Exactly, Dani--it's a constant evolution.BodiePhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17498373579353402968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5704943052235281766.post-29996349779157398832010-08-17T09:57:57.983-06:002010-08-17T09:57:57.983-06:00That makes my head spin - no wonder there are so m...That makes my head spin - no wonder there are so many ugly books out there! ;)Danihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14471919576687777886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5704943052235281766.post-57744928255760903182010-08-17T09:38:20.750-06:002010-08-17T09:38:20.750-06:00I'd never stopped to consider how much work go...I'd never stopped to consider how much work goes into these books. As a very small publisher with an extremely limited staff, I occasionally do simple novel layout (NOT to be confused with design), and I so appreciate your discussions on The Real Alice. So thanks a bunch.
